Eucalyptus and lavender can help to soothe symptoms during allergy season. This is due to the ability to calm and reduce inflammation. The cooling sensation you experience while breathing it in may also help you feel relief as you deal with and treat those seasonal allergies.

Make it at home:

• Get a clean spray bottle
• Pour in 20 drops of eucalyptus
• Add 20 drops of lavender
• Shake well

The mixture can be used to spray and freshen sheets, couches & clothing. It can also be used while in the shower to create a aroma steam experience!

For enhanced self care; mix 8 drops (each) of eucalyptus and lavender, into a mixture of your favorite body butter or oil and stir well. This mixture will increase collagen and a regeneration of skin cells.
