We’re pleased to announce that we are accepting appointments  for Aqua Spa of Atlantic City, located at Atlantic Palace.

In an effort to reduce the spread of Covid-19 (Coronavirus) with recommended social distancing and in some cases in accordance with the mandate made by Governor Murphy,  the following measures are being taken throughout Aqua Spa and wherever applicable:

All employees will actively & frequently sanitize & disinfect all areas of Aqua Spa to ensure all tools and treatment rooms meet mandated guidelines. All disinfectants and sanitation is EPA registered.

Reception & Retail Areas:

Front desk will be repeatedly disinfected before & after each customer processing. At all times, hand sanitizer will be readily available for guests & staff. Face-coverings must be worn by guests & staff  at all times. Gloves will be worn when necessary during treatments.

Disinfecting of areas will include, but not be limited to:

    • All high-touch surfaces
    • Payment console(s)
    • Door handles
    • Clip boards & pens
    • Retail items

Guest check-In:
Guests must wait outside Aqua Spa’s main glass door entry until reception area is clear. After proper sanitization following previous customers, guests will be allowed to enter. Guest will not be permitted to enter without a face mask and/or gloves if required

    • Guest should arrive 10 mins prior to appointment time
    • Consent / In-take form should be filled out online, prior to arrival
    • Guests will be escorted to lounge area to await their assigned practitioner.
    • In the event of overflow, guests may be asked to wait in the locker room.

Restrooms/ Locker room area:
All high touched surfaces will be disinfected after use. Hand sanitizer & hand soap will be available for guests & staff at all times. All lockers will be locked. Only a staff member may unlock and assign lockers, robes & slippers upon request.

Sauna & showers:
Showers & sauna will be available at the discretion of management and/or if permitted by state or federal mandate regulations. Guest who reside in the same household can occupy the sauna/steam together. Non-household guests can sign up for use of sauna / steam room and will only be permitted one-at-a-time for 15 minute per person. Guests who do not show for their designated time slot will need to sign up again for the next available time slot.

Treatment rooms:
All guests and practitioners will be required to wear gloves and mask, face coverings or face shields during each treatment session. During consultation, guests & practitioner will be required to wash hands, as well as before & after the treatment session.  Each room will be properly ventilated between each guest treatment.

Appointment scheduling:
All scheduling is by appointment only. Appointments can be booked online through or by calling 609-345-4220 Ext 527.

  • Online booking: Online booking appointments will be accepted or rejected by the manager unless instructed otherwise.
  • Credit cards will be kept on file for each guest for contactless payment & cancellation policy fees.
  • Cancellation policy: To cancel an appointment guests must cancel 24 hours before appointment. If guests cancels less than 24 hours, 25% of the total services booked will be charged to the credit card on file.
  • Arrivals: Guests should plan their arrival to Atlantic Palace 30mins before a scheduled appointment. This will allow time to collect a parking pass, park vehicle & be escorted to Aqua Spa in preparation for their appointment. Guests may be required to complete a temperature check prior to entering Aqua Spa.

Check-out & Departure:
Guests will be required to use contactless payment for services. If for any reason payment was not made prior to arrival, we accept Apple pay, G-pay and can retain credit card on file that should be provided at time of booking. Gratuity may be added to your final bill at checkout or prior to your services. If multiple guests are waiting to checkout, all persons must adhere strictly to the 6 feet social distancing mandate / policy.

Gratuity, cancellation, etiquette and visitor guidelines

Gratuity Policy:

There will be an automatic minimum 30% gratuity added to all of our packages and monthly specials.

Cancellation Policy:

A 25% fee of total services booked will be charged for any cancellation within 24 hours prior to the time of scheduled service appointments. No fees are applied for changes or cancellations more than 24 hours prior to time of appointment.

Spa Etiquette:

All minors must be accompanied by an adult. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to complete required paperwork and parking.


Aqua Spa guests will need to visit our security podium at Atlantic Palace to receive a complimentary parking pass for short-term use of parking lot.

**Owner week and Owner Rate reservation policies apply. All reservations are based on availability.
Please note, exchange company deposits, weeks or points, are not able to be requested online.
